In order to use OCAPI in SFCC, you sometimes need to add a new client id. But why is the new id not working?

A client id can be created following these steps in the Account Manager. When using the new client id in Postman, however it may not work immediatly, even if the settings seems to be right.

First of all the OpenID Connect section should be filled as described in the documentation. This might still not be enough - appearently with certain special characters the encoding/decoding process between Postman and SFCC goes wrong. Try to set a simpler password in this case, avoiding special characters like + and #.

This is a difficult thing to find out, but may be the only issue left.
